Prepared Stringy Fused Cheese for Pizza and the frozen food industry This product
is
an excellent alternative to mozzarella cheese specially if used for
pizza as cheese topping and/or for all kind of, italian and non, dish
preparation. It's the ideal cheese solution for the frozen food
industry. This fused Stringy cheese preparation excellently substitutes
fresh “mozzarella”.
Ingredients:
Milk Protein, water, cheeses, butter, fusion salts e sea salt.
(1 kg = 2.204 pounds) Through a modern process of centrifugation and fusion of its ingredients,the liquid in excess is eliminated and the dipping of dishes is avoided; it follows a high quality product and a 100% yield in various uses. Excellent in stuffed dishes even though they are cooked in advance (some hours before) without being in dread of acidity; it is the ideal for gnocchi (small potato dumplings) escalopes, foundues, french mozzarella, cannelloni, macaroni pies etc. Excellent on the traditional pizza, which, owing to the lack of liquid,keeps unchanged its unique taste and its natural fragrance. Excellent for the preparation of sandwiches leaving unaltered and dry every kind of crumb,well amalgamating with other ingredients, without undergoing change (common to the traditional mozzarella ) thanks to its long period of preservation.Shelf life: 60 days from the date of production. The whole production is packed in bags with “cryovac” system with a skin effect.
